Board members from the La Grange Business Association and village dignitaries joined forces to welcome Absolution CrossFit, a new fitness facility located at 700 E. Elm Suite A in La Grange, with a ribbon cutting on Thursday. The facility's grand opening is Saturday, May 3 with free introduction to CrossFit workouts, a Paleo Diet workshop, t-shirts and promo item giveaways.
Absolution CrossFit is dedicated to improving strength, endurance, conditioning and mobility through small-group class formats with fully functional exercise movements that are constantly varied and done at a high level of intensity.
