Here's Where LTHS Graduates Are Heading
The school surveyed seniors about their next step in life.
LA GRANGE, IL – Most of Lyons Township High School's graduates have definite post-graduation plans, the school said Thursday.
The commencement ceremony was Wednesday.
To date, 96 percent of graduates have notified the school of their education and career plans, the school said.

According to the school's survey, 91 percent will go on to two- or four-year colleges, technical schools, apprenticeships, training programs or the military.
Students have reported they will attend 183 different colleges and technical schools in 40 states as well as Canada, France, Serbia and the United Kingdom.

The school said graduating seniors plan to use $16 million of the $23.1 million offered in scholarships.
Of the graduating class of 967 seniors, 115 earned "High Honor Graduate" status. This is for students who have achieved a weighted grade point average of 5.0 or higher or an unweighted grade point average of 4.0 or higher through the seventh semester.
