Woman Reports Lewd Comments In La Grange: Cops

A car was burglarized with electronics and paperwork stolen, police.

LA GRANGE, IL – La Grange police released their latest blotter Thursday. Here is information from the reports:

  • A woman told police that someone made lewd comments to her about 11:30 a.m. April 13 near businesses in the 4700 block of Willow Springs Road. The two people were separated.
  • A man in the 10 block of La Grange Road told police Saturday that he found scratches on his parked car. Video footage may be available.
  • A car was broken into Tuesday while parked at a business in the 10 block of North Ashland Avenue. The woman's backpack containing electronics and paperwork was stolen.
  • A retail theft took place Tuesday at a store in the 10 block of North La Grange Road. The police did not release the name of the store. Video of the theft is expected.
  • Graffiti was painted on the wall of a building in the 10 block of Cossitt Avenue. It was reported Monday.
