
This class series is designed for the student interested in yoga, but would prefer to begin their practice with a group at their same level: The True Beginner!This class will provide background on this ancient practice, and cover basic poses, including standing, forward bends, simple backward bending, twists and of course, resting poses. Breathing and mind-centering techniques are included. This series is for those who have not taken more than one yoga class, ever!
