2 Children Hospitalized in School Bus Crash in Vernon Hills
A pair of children taken to a hospital in Libertyville following incident near Camden Place and Evergreen Drive.
Two children were injured in a crash involving a school bus near Camden Place and Evergreen Drive in Vernon Hills Friday morning.
The bus was apparently hit by a car near the intersection around 8 a.m., according to the Chicago Sun-Times.
A statement from the Countryside Fire Protection Unit indicated two children were taken to Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville while another two continued to school on another bus.
