3 Teens Cited for Underage Drinking at 'Possible Party'
The 16-year-olds were cited at the alleged party location in the 1300 block of Elm Tree Road.
Three 16-year-olds - one girl from Lake Forest, one boy from Lake Forest and one girl from Lake Bluff - were charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor at 10:35 p.m. in the 1300 block of Elm Tree Road in Lake Forest after a report of reckless driving near “a possible teen party.”
Officers located several teens drinking there, and cited the three.
