Basement Intruder, 3 IDs for Drunken Teen, Trucker Asleep at the Wheel: Police

POSSESSION OF CANNABIS
Early last Friday morning, Police got a report of a disabled truck around Rte. 41 and Deerpath. When they arrived , they found a 35-year-old man with a Georgia address asleep behind the wheel in the cab of a semi-truck parked in the median of the road. Police spoke to the man, who gave them a small bag of cannabis. He was charged with Unlawful Possession of Cannabis and released.
FAKE ID, MINOR POSSESSING ALCOHOL

Police were dispatched to Lake Forest College late Saturday night, where a campus visitor was suspected of underage drinking. When officers spoke to the man, he gave them three different forms of identification. Each of his IDs had different names with different birthdays, but police managed to figure out his actual identity, a 19 year old man with a Minnesota address. He was charged with ppossession of a false ID and minor possession of Alcohol.
DUI, POSSESSION OF CANNABIS
While on a routine patrol around Rte. 41 and Deerpath, police saw a car weaving around the road and crossing lanes multiple times. They stopped the car and spoke to the driver, who told them his driving may be negatively affected by having just smoked cannabis. The 22-year-old man, of Waukegan, also told officers he had a half-ounce of marijuana in his pocket. He was failed a field sobriety test and was charged with DUI-Drugs and unlawful possession of cannabis

CRIMINAL TRESPASS, CRIMINAL DAMAGE
After receiving a report an intruder broke a window, had blood on his hands and entered the basement of a home on the 1500 block of N. Green Bay Road, police were able to arrest a 32-year-old man with a North Carolina address without the use of force. The man was found in the basement of the house with the woman who lived at the house, who was in a defensive position in a corner of the basement.
