Be Our Guest 2015: Student-written one-acts in Lake Bluff

The students of Lake Bluff Elementary School will present their winter show, Be Our Guest 2015, on Thursday, February 26 at 7:00 p.m. in the school gym. A dress rehearsal is scheduled for 1:30 pm that afternoon, and is open to community members who might otherwise be unable to attend.

The show is made up of five original one-act plays written by Lake Bluff Elementary School students. The plays are:

• Sea Trouble written by Miki Boveri and Kerrigan Weston
• Shake, Rattle and Roll written by the third graders in Mrs. Scheffer’s class
• The Candy Shop written by the third graders in Miss Winston’s class
• The Army Base written by the third graders in Miss Eder’s class
• Very Scary written by the third graders in Mrs. Willey’s class

Be Our Guest 2015 is directed by Tom Beck with musical direction by Elaine Ellis. Both are Lake Bluff Elementary School teachers.
