Beth Neville (née Tiffany) passed away on December 6, 2022. She was born on September 6th, 1967 to Donald and Irene Tiffany. She grew up in Knollwood, Illinois. She graduated from Lake Forest High School in 1985. She attended UNLV and earned a degree in Hospitality.
Beth returned to Lake Forest to help run the family business. She committed 20 years carrying on her father’s legacy of making The Lantern a beloved institution for generations. Beth was an inspiration to many young people whom she hired, and she enjoyed being a mentor. Beth enjoyed traveling, theater, concerts, and somehow surviving 40+ Dead shows. Beth was high energy, generous, spirited and a loving soul. Beth is survived by her mother, Irene, brother Donald and Ed, her best friend and loving husband for over 19 years.
