While that will work for some, it doesn’t give a recruiter or interviewer a picture of the value that they bring to the table. For that, job seekers need to sell themselves via their personal brand. How job seekers ‘show up’ in their resumes, online profiles, and interviews captures the kind of person they are, their level of motivation and their energy. You will have an opportunity to work in small groups developing your own brands based on Paula’s guidelines on the four steps to create a personal brand.
Paula is a professional certified coach with advanced coaching skills as a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute. Her specialty is leadership coaching for mid and upper levels of nurse management. Throughout her career as a leadership coach, consultant and trainer, she has built an impressive repertoire of leadership training programs, tools and assessments based on the realities of the nursing environment.
