LFHS Presents: The Outsiders
Lake Forest High School Presents: The Outsiders
S.E. Hinton’s beloved classic novel comes to life onstage this fall in Lake Forest High School’s moving production of the play, The Outsiders. In Hinton’s depiction of Tulsa, Oklahoma in the mid-1960s, the teens were either Greasers or Socs. Caught within the rigid structure of this class divide, Ponyboy Curtis struggles to thrive, but with the help of both his real and found family members, he might find his purpose and path. This production is a must-see, especially for our own teen community members who have read the book, The Outsiders, in school.
