Dr. Dilip Joseph will be giving a talk on Community Development in Afghanistan - activities that he has been a part of for the past four and a half years. He will also be speaking to the group about his recent experience with Taliban captivity. There will be a 30-minute talk followed by 30 minutes of question and answer session.
