Condo Development Planned Near Lake Forest Library
Residential development sought for McKinley Road in Lake Forest.
LAKE FOREST, IL - A condo development that would include one single-family home could take shape soon near McKinley Road and Westminster Avenue in Lake Forest.
A developer’s plans for the plan was recently recommended for approval by the Plan Commission, according to the Lake Forester.
The plans include a new three-story building that will hold 13 condominiums at 721 and 725 McKinley Road. Another condo building will be at 711 McKinley and the single-family home at 361 E. Westminster.

Plan commissioners recommended approval of the project as a whole rather than voting on it in three portions.
