Construction Projects Progress Now Available to Track on Lake Forest Website

Progress on 26 projects planned for 2015 will be available online.

Development on all Lake Forest construction projects can now be tracked via the city’s website.

A press release issued Tuesday indicates progress can be checked on the various projects planned for the spring of 2015 by clicking on “Construction Sites” next to the orange construction cone icon on the homepage.

“The City hopes this addition to the website will help us all keep informed on the latest projects occurring in all areas in town but much more focused on the tremendous community assets that we have in store,” Mayor Don Schoenheider said.

Twenty six projects, including the new Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital’s construction and neighborhood asphalt resurfacing are currently included; with aerial site plans, descriptive narratives, photographs, drawings, timetables, website information and project contact information.

A legend on the site indicates whether or not the projects are in progress, under review or under consideration.
