Melissa
Jensen gained years of cross-functional management experience at Grainger, ultimately
holding the position of Director, Employee Development. Because of this experience, she can talk
comfortably with clients from many careers.
Melissa graduated with honors from the University of Illinois with a BA
in Industrial Psychology and obtained her MBA from Keller Graduate School of
Management. Melissa is also a Master Gardener. Currently she and her husband are in the
real estate business.
