Dold Plans Job Fair in Round Lake

More than 400 jobs and 50 employers will be part of the second 10th District Job Fair hosted by U.S. Congressman Robert Dold, R-Kenilworth at the Round Lake Area Park District Sports Center from 4-7 p.m. on Tuesday, August 18.

“Each and every day I hear from people that they are concerned with the basic things - how to put food on the table and how to find a good job. Put simply, people are concerned about making life work, and they are frustrated that leaders in government do not understand,” said Dold. “As your representative in Congress, I want to make it as easy as possible for you to get a good job in our community.”

Employers who have confirmed attendance include AT&T, Baxter Healthcare, The Home Depot, Walgreen’s, UPS and several others.

Democratic State Rep. Sam Yingling will be the event’s featured guest.
