addressed.  Steve will also guide you on targeting the types of search
firms that can showcase your background.

Steve DeCoster is co-founder and vice
president of Rooney DeCoster.  As a long time member of the Human Capital
industry, he started his career with the R.H. Donnelley Corporation excelling
in sales and sales training, sales management, and corporate staffing.  

Steve holds a B.A. in Media
Communications and English from St. Norbert College.  He has held
leadership positions with Human Resource Management Associations of Chicago
(HRMAC), SHRM of Lake County, Illinois, and Catholic Charities.
