From strength-building Power and Sculpt + Flow classes to restorative Slow Flow and Restore experiences, every class is designed to help you move, sweat, reset, and reconnect. More than just a workout, YogaSix Highland Park is a community-focused space where members can show up exactly as they are. Our experienced instructors create an inclusive environment that feels supportive, motivating, and approachable—without intimidation or pressure. Welcome to The Episcopal Preschool -- a place known for its nurturing environment and broad, enriching curriculum. We have been serving the Lake Forest community for over 50 years and, today, are one of the most well-regarded early learning programs in the area. We offer a strong curriculum, a safe, nurturing environment and extended day enrichment programs to enhance early learning. Our mission is to develop each child to his or her fullest potential, spiritually, intellectually, and socially, so that each may grow in grace, enjoy freedom through knowledge, and lead a healthy, productive and meaningful life.
