LAKE FOREST, IL — The following information comes from the Lake Forest Police Department as a record of those arrested by police. Lake Bluff officers responded to a report of an attempted armed robbery in the 200 block of Waukegan Road on Nov. 4 at 11:21 a.m.

CAR BURGLARY

Police responded to the 900 block of North Shore Drive for a report of two car burglaries on Nov. 4 at 2:21 p.m.

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Isabel Barrera‐Marroquini, 44, of the 200 block of East Illinois Road, was arrested Nov. 1 at 3:27 a.m. at her home after police were called to a report of a domestic violence. When they arrived, police were told Marroquini had punched a person several times in the face during an argument. Based on their investigation, police charged her with domestic battery and the Lake County State's Attorney's office approved charges.

Four Lake Forest College students were arrested and cited for drinking alcohol and one was accused of possessing a fake ID after police pulled over Jeep at the intersection of Sheridan and Woodland roads on Nov. 4 at 12:21 a.m. Police said there was an open bottle of vodka in the vehicle and the occupants smelled of alcohol. An investigation revealed all four passengers of the car were underage and intoxicated. Police also found a fake ID in the vehicle. The driver, who had not been drinking, was ticketed for a moving violation other than illegal transportation of alcohol.

A 26-year-old Waukegan man was arrested Nov. 5 at 1:35 a.m. in the 400 block of Skokie Highway and charged with driving while license suspended. Police said they pulled him over over seeing him driving 75 mph in a 55 mph zone, spoke to the driver and learned his license had been suspended.
