FIRST LEGO League Regional Will Be at LFCDS
Local school will host a state qualifying competition in Robotics on December 5.

A FIRST LEGO League (FLL) Robotics state qualifying competition will take place at Lake Forest Country Day School next month.
The private Lake Forest-school will host a regional for the FLL, a robotics program for children from age 9 to 14.
“The goal of the event and the process leading up to it is to generate excitement about science and technology while teaching students valuable employment and life skills,” according to a community post on the Daily North Shore.

The tournament will take place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on December 5. The school anticipates anywhere between 500 and 1,000 people will attend the event.
