"Foolproof" BBQ Fare

People love The Food Network’s Ina Garten, because she writes recipes that make home cooks look great! Come learn how to make a variety of simple and delicious make-ahead dishes from her Barefoot Contessa Foolproof cookbook. The menu for this class is perfect for a Memorial Day cookout and includes Sweet and Sour Fig and Fennel Caponata, Israeli Couscous and Tuna Salad, and decadent Carrot Cake with Ginger Mascarpone Frosting.

Sunset’s “Foolproof” BBQ Fare class will take place on Saturday, May 23rd from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm at the Sunset Foods Lake Forest Cooking Studio.

Advance registration is required for all Sunset Foods cooking classes and demonstrations. Those wishing to attend this event should visit this page to sign up as soon as possible. Please note that attendance for this unique event is limited and that registration occurs on a first come, first served basis. Admission to this event is $65. Each station can accommodate a 2nd person for just $15 more.
