Former Bears Player 'Felt Like Killing Everyone at Halas Hall', Called Himself 'The Devil': Report

Jeremiah Ratliff made some shocking statements after being cut last week, according to a police report obtained by TMZ.

Jeremiah Ratliff, a defensive lineman who was cut by the Chicago Bears last week and whose conduct at Halas Hall warranted a police presence last Wednesday, made some shocking comments while at the facility.

According to a Lake Forest police report obtained by TMZ Sports, Ratliff said “I am the devil” and told staffers he wanted their kids to die.

According to TMZ, Ratliff walked into the Bears facility on October 21 claiming he needed to get his stuff and told someone, “He felt like killing everybody in the building,” the report stated. He did get his belongings and leave, but came back later.

The facility remained on high alert the following day, earlier reports indicate. But Deputy Police Chief Karl Walldorf told TMX Ratliff has not been back since.
