Former Hospira Building Sold to Developer
The Missner Group will try to find a new tenant for the office space on Field Drive in Lake Forest.

LAKE FOREST, IL - The former Hospira office building in Lake Forest has been sold.
The Missner Group paid $9.7 million for the three-story building in the 300 block of N. Field Drive, according to a Crain’s Chicago report. The new owner will look for a tenant to take over the 138,153 square-foot building in the Conway Park office development.
Hospira sold the building after vacating it when the local drug maker was bought by Pfizer, a national giant in the industry.

Hospira bought the property from Duke Realty in 2007 for $28.8 million.
