Good Fences Make Good Neighbors, But So Does a Forum on Neighbor Rights
Learn about your rights and responsibilities as a neighbor at a forum Thursday.

The City of Lake Forest is offering a community forum Thursday from 7-8:30 where you can learn about your rights and responsibilities as a homeowner and neighbor. Highlighted topics include fences, pets and parking. It's being held at Gorton Community Center, 400 E. Illinois Road

Christkindl Market at the Church of the Holy Spirit continues through Tuesday. Proceeds support the congregation's mission and outreach programs,
which help those in need in Lake County and around the world.
On Wednesday the Lake Forest-Lake Bluff Historical Society is offering a program on the history of Fort Sheridan held at the former military outpost. Nicole Stocker, museum educator at the Lake County Discovery Museum, will lead the lecture, which will include stories of the fort's past and a discussion of its architecture. It's free for society members and #10 for nonmembers.
