Gorton Center presents A Fairy Tale Christmas Carol

Christmas, holiday, family, theatre, entertainment

Performing Arts Student Theatre Academy or PASTA presents A Fairy Tale Christmas Carol on December, 2, 3 and 4, 2016 at the Gorton Community Center. Everyone’s favorite classic holiday tale gets the fractured fairy-tale treatment as all of the memorable roles of Dickens’s A Christmas Carol are played famous fairy tale characters.
You’ll never know who will show up next as the Ebenezer Scrooge (The Big Bad Wolf) meets his old business partner Jacob Marley (King Midas), who could turn anything to gold. Midas warns the Big Bad Wolf that he will be visited by The Ghost of Christmas Past (Cinderella's Fairy Godmother), Present (Old King Cole) and Future (the Queen of Hearts). This fun-filled radio show adaptation stays true to the warmth and heart of the classic story.
Performances are Friday, December 2, 2016 at 7:00 PM, Saturday, December 3, 2016 at 7:00 PM and Sunday, December 4, 2016 at 3:00 PM in the Stuart Room at the Gorton Community Center, 400 E. Illinois Road, Lake Forest, IL
Tickets are $10.00 and are available at the door or on-line at the Gorton Center web site at http://www.gortoncenter.org/pr...
