“HELPING YOU NAVIGATE
HEALTH CARE REFORM”

WAUKEGAN, ILLINOIS – The Greater Waukegan
Development Coalition is sponsoring a seminar about the upcoming major provisions
of health care reform.  The seminar will
be held November 19, 2013, 7:15 a.m. at the Saddle Ridge, 200 North Green Bay Road, Waukegan,

Major
requirements of health care reform are just around the corner in 2014.  The Patient Protection and Affordable Care
Act (PPACA) will include new mandates, taxes and penalties that will affect
many employers.  Whether a sole

understand and navigate the changes ahead.

Provisions
in 2014 include the requirement that all employers with more than 50 full-time
employees are required to offer affordable coverage or pay a fee, subsidies available
that reduce the cost of insurance, policies prohibiting insurance from imposing
pre-existing condition exclusions, the ban of imposing annual dollar limits on
coverage, and the requirement that individual and small group plans offer
essential health benefits.

The
seminar will address the following topics: health care reform timeline; 2014:
What is Changing; Health Insurance Marketplace; Tax Provisions; and, What You
Will Need to Do Now to Prepare for 2014 and Beyond?
