Hear in Now Will Play at Ragdale Summer Performance Series Aug. 18 in Lake Forest
Enjoy a night of original jazz compositions at the Ragdale Ring.

Ragdale’s summer performance series continues Aug. 18 at 7 p.m., where the cellist and composer Tomeka Reid will play with the international string ensemble Hear in Now.
Guests can expect a night full of original jazz compositions featuring voice, violin, bass, and cello performances.
Hear in Now has three members who each have different backgrounds, which accounts for the group’s unique style. Chicagoan Tomeka Reid does composition and plays the cello. Mazz Swift, from New York, is known for composition, voice and violin. Silvia Bolognesi comes all the way from Italy and composes and plays the bass.
