Kelmscott Park In Lake Forest Introduces New Community Discovery Program: Kelmscott Perks
Developer of new residential community partners with local merchants to encourage residents and visitors to explore businesses this spring.
Northfield-based Focus Development and @properties, its exclusive sales and marketing representative, have announced a new community discovery program, Kelmscott Perks. The new program, which began March 1 and ends May 31, 2017, gives locals and visitors the opportunity to explore and shop at participating downtown Lake Forest boutiques, shops and restaurants at discounted price
“We want to introduce – or reintroduce – Lake Forest to those unfamiliar with the area, as well as thank the locals for supporting us and supporting the community,” said Tim Anderson, CEO of Focus Development. “Kelmscott Perks encourages people to explore Lake Forest’s walkable, vibrant downtown and enjoy some of the best boutiques and restaurants on the North Shore.”
To enjoy Kelmscott Perks, consumers pick up a membership card at the Kelmscott Park sales center located at 1080 N. Western Avenue, in Lake Forest. The Sales Center is open Thursday through Sunday from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Located at Laurel and Western avenues, steps from Lake Forest’s bustling dining and shopping scene and the Lake Forest Metra station, Kelmscott Park offers 42 condominiums, 12 single-family homes and 111 luxury rental apartments.
