Louanne Arneson Bruen, 84, a resident of Lake Bluff, IL since 1957, passed away August 25th, 2015. Devoted wife of Arthur J. Bruen Jr. for 58 years. Louanne and Arthur moved to Lake Bluff upon their marriage on March 2nd, 1957. Loving mother of Caroline Doherty (Malcolm) Holcombe; Amy Turner (William) Leber; Nell Bruen (John) Ireland; proud grandmother of Colin Doherty, Blaire Doherty (Rachpal) Brar, Breanne Doherty, Thomas Turner Jr., Katherine Turner, Madeline Ireland, and Claire Ireland; and great-grandmother of Ethan Brar. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Orphans of the Storm, 2200 Riverwoods Rd, Riverwoods, IL 60015.
