Lake Bluff Polo Player Picked for U.S. Team

Lake Bluff resident Jared Zenni has been selected to join the U.S. Polo Association’s Team USPA following “a rigorous tryout and selection process” in Florida, according to a post on the Daily North Shore.

“Being a member of Team USPA will help me achieve my career goals as a professional polo player,” said Zenni, a 19-year-old. “It’s really a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and I feel extremely fortunate to have been selected.”

The team, created in 2010, also selected Wesley Bryan of Aiken, South Carolina, Connor Deal of Culpeper, Virginia, and Jonny Lavine of Wellington, Florida following the tryout.

The Team USPA roster now includes 61 players.
