The Lake Forest City Council immediately replaced the Fourth Ward representative.

LAKE FOREST, IL - Lake Forest Fourth Ward Alderman Michael Adelman resigned from his post this week and was replaced by Ray Buschmann, according to a Daily North Shore report.
