Managing Partner David M. Lutrey of Lesser Lutrey McGlynn & Howe LLP honored with exclusive membership in ACTEC.

Lesser Lutrey McGlynn & Howe LLP is proud to announce that Managing Partner David M. Lutrey has received the highest honor of membership in The American College of Trust and Estates Council (ACTEC), a nonprofit association of lawyers.
Established in 1949, ACTEC is a nonprofit association of 2,600 trust and estate lawyers peer-elected to membership based on substantial contributions to the field of trusts and estates law. ACTEC offers technical comments about the law and its effective administration, but does not take positions on matters of policy or political objectives.
An attorney cannot apply for membership in the College; he or she must demonstrate the most honorable characteristics and an outstanding professional reputation, be nominated by a fellow of the college, and then voted in with careful review of the state and national member selection committees.
