Lake Forest Man Punched Girlfriend After She Picked Him Up at Police Station: Cops

Excessive speeder on Route 60 charged with DUI and driving on a suspended license.

The following information is from the Lake Forest Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

EXCESSIVE SPEEDING
Ernesto A. Habet, 34, Chicago; Kevin P. Alvarez, 26, Chicago and Stefan J. Silva, 28, Chicago were all charged at 2:39 a.m. on Nov. 5 after police stopped a gray Toyota at Route 41 and Old Elm Road for speeding at 78 miles per hour in a 45 miles per hour zone. As police were speaking to the driver, they noted the smell of alcohol emanating from the vehicle and police also noted open alcohol in the vehicle. The driver, identified as Habet, was detained by officers and checked for signs of impaired driving. Habat was released after being cited for speeding and released on bond. Alvarez and Silva were cited for Illegal Transportation of Alcohol, released and all three were given a December court date.

CRIMINAL TRESPASSING / DOMESTIC BATTERY
Shaquille Davidson, 22, of the 600 block of Oakwood Ave. was charged with criminal trespassing and domestic battery at 9:55 a.m. on Nov. 7 in the 300 block of Cherokee Road. A homeowner reported observing Davidson enter a Landscapers utility trailer, remove items and then leave the area. The homeowner gave an accurate description of Davidson and possible location, which enabled police to locate him in the area. After conducting an on scene investigation, Davidson was arrested, charged with criminal trespassing and transported to the Lake Forest Police station for processing. Davidson was processed and released on bond. When his girlfriend arrived at the police station to pick him up, they became engaged in a physical domestic incident and Davidson punched the victim in her face. Police were able to arrest Davidson in the front parking lot and, subsequently, he was charged with two counts of domestic battery.

FELONY DUI
Robinson Revolus, 33, Skokie was charged with a felony DUI, driving while license suspended/revoked, no insurance and speeding during a police stop at Route 60 and Ridge Road at 10:05 p.m. on Nov. 5. Police on routine patrol in the area of Rte. 41 observed a white BMW speeding 80 mph in a posted 55 zone and were able to conduct a traffic stop in the area. Upon speaking with the driver, who was identified as Revolus, police were able to determine Revolus was driving on a revoked driver’s license, did not have vehicle insurance and was driving under the influence. Revolus was arrested and transported to the Lake Forest police station for further investigation and processing. Revolus was eventually charged with DUI (felony), driving while license suspended/revoked (felony), no insurance and speeding (80/55). He was processed and held overnight pending transport to Lake County jail for a bond hearing on the felony charges.

WARRANT ARREST
Joseph Kinnucan, 53, Lake Villa was charged on a failure to appear warrant for disorderly conduct at 2:27 a.m. at Route 41 and Old Elm Road. Police on routine patrol observed a red pick up being operated by Kinnucan. Police obtained information that Kinnucan had a valid arrest warrant from Lake County for Failure to Appear on a felony disorderly conduct charge.
