Bette Dorge of Lake Forest passed away peacefully in her home on June 27, 2015. Survived by loving husband Donald; daughters Pam (George) Russell of Lake Bluff and Pat (Dick) Schmidt of Laramie WY; grandchildren Matt and Eric Russell; Marshall, Charles and Catherine Schmidt; and sister Mary Jane Holman. Preceded in death by daughters Carol (Michael Coan) and Kim. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice. Memorial service 4:00 P.M., Thursday, July 2, 2015 at the First Presbyterian Church of Lake Forest, 700 N. Sheridan Rd., Lake Forest, IL 60045.
