Lake Forest Obituary: Harry Duffield Jr.

Harry Duffield Jr. of Lake Forest passed away on July 25, 2015. He and his wife Mary Ann, nee Kelly, lived in Lake Forest for over fifty years. He was born July 4, 1931 in New York City, N.Y. to Harry Duffield Sr. and Hildegarde Forking Duffield. He was a graduate of Highland Park High School and Lewis College where he studied to be a Flight Engineer. He was a veteran of the U.S. M.C. and served in the Korean War. He was retired from American Hospital Corp. where he worked as a Laboratory FurnitureEngineer and later as a Property Manager in construction at American Hospitals McGaw Park Campus. His hobbies were photography and garden design. He is survived by his loving wife Mary Ann. They were married in Oak Park and had just celebrated their 59th Wedding Anniversary. Loving father of two daughters, Elizabeth (Noel) Fernandez of Santa Rosa, CA and Carol Duffield of Chicago, IL and grandfather of Ricardo Fernandez. Memorial service and Interment will be private
