Joseph J. Rath, 90 of Lake Forest, December 20, 2015. Beloved husband of Helen nee Kofler for 65 years. Loving father of Charles (Bonnie), James (the late Diane), Nancy (Alan) Matson, Robert (Mary Pat), and William (Renay); Proud grandfather of Amanda (Abram) Olson, Meghan, Kaitlyn, Tyler, Lucy (Jacob) Watkins, Anna, Julia (Felipe) Tobar, Andrew, Karly, Michael Matson, and Robert, Jr. (Kelly) and Alison (Richard) Loomis and Charlotte and Olivia Rath; Proud great-grandfather of Gabriel Tobar, Robert Rath III and Benjamin Loomis. Brother of Elaine (Leroy) Grochocki and the late Charlie; Son of the late Joseph and Frances Rath. Joe loved life, his family and his home. We will miss him so dearly, every day, always. Visitation 10 am to 11:45am Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2015 at Wenban Funeral Home, 320 E. Vine Ave., Lake Forest, IL followed by 12 Noon Mass at Church of St. Mary, 175 E. Illinois, Lake Forest.
