Pamela Jayne Bernardi, of Lake Forest, IL passed away September 15, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Gerald (1998). Devoted Mother of Aimee (Eric) Messner, Craig Bernardi and Davin (Kimberly) Bernardi. Dearest Grandmother of Grant, Parker, Landen and Gage Messner; Ryann, Mallory and Tanner Bernardi. Loving sister of Steven, Darrel, Randall (Rita) Harman. Fond Aunt to 7 and great friend to many. Born in Chicago raised in Barrington, Lake Forest and North Chicago. Graduate of North Chicago High School in 1964, Graduate of Barat College of Lake Forest with a Bachelor’s Degree, Graduate of National Louis University of Evanston with a Master’s Degree. She served 2 terms on the Waukegan School Board in the 80’s. Pamela was a Elementary school teacher for 22 years at Forrestal and Green Bay Schools in North Chicago, IL and Lincoln School in Highland Park, IL and she loved to volunteer with C.A.S.A. For Children. Visitation 2:00 pm until 4:30 pm., Saturday, September 19, 2015 at Wenban Funeral Home, followed by funeral services at 4:30 pm. Burial Private.
