William Francois, 73, of Lake Forest, IL died on October 14, 2015. William was born on May 31, 1942, to George and Evelyn Francois in Chicago.
William received his JD from DePaul University and was a member of the American Bar Association, the Illinois Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
William is survived by his wife Barbara; children Nicole (Joseph) Strutzel, and Robert William (Gina Marie) Francois; grandchildren Sean Manski, Ryan and Ethan Strutzel, and Nola and Leah Francois; sister, Beverly (Joseph) Trojanowski, brothers Richard (Edie) Francois and Edward Francois and sisters-in-law Carol (Terry) Coughlin, Joyce Sala.. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Barbara Guderyahn.
Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Patricks Catholic Church, 950 W Everett Rd, Lake Forest, IL at 10:00 am on Monday, October 19, 2015. Visitation will take place at Wenban Funeral Home, 320 Vine Ave, Lake Forest, IL from 3:00 to 6:00 pm on Sunday, October 18, 2015, and from 9:00 am to 10:00 am on Monday at the church. Private burial will take place at a later date.
