William A. Lorenz, 84 of Lake Forest, died December 13, 2015. Devoted husband of Nancy (Brizzolara) for 58 years. Loving father of Julie(Dennis) Haller, the late Michael, David, Peter (Melanie) and Thomas (Cara); Proud grandfather of Luke Haller, Elizabeth, Maddi and Michael Lorenz, Katherine and Isabella Lorenz; Fond brother of David V. Lorenz; Preceded in death by his loving parents Florence and Alfred Lorenz. William served in the U.S. Army during the Korean conflict. He had a long career as an executive with the Dept. of Housing and Urban Development. Visitation 9AM to 11AM, Saturday December 19, 2015 at Wenban Funeral Home, 320 Vine Ave. Lake Forest, IL.
