Are you looking for more swimming because your child loves the water? Now is great time to start a swimming club. At the Lake Forest Swim Club kids start in a squad of their level that will prepare them for competitive swimming. Watch as your child trains through the season and becomes a confident swimmer. Continue with a club and they will move up the squads making friends that are a group that can always be relied on. When prepared see that confidence as your child uses their new found skills on the blocks.
Are you reaching for that State Cut? A unique patient approach focused on endurance will have you trained for any sprint but see if you can join our elite group who also can swim a 1500scm in under 20 minuets. Train like an animal or stay in shape for High School season we have options for you to stay in the pool.
