The League of Women Voters of Lake Forest/Lake Bluff Area will host a discussion about privatization of government services and assets at 1:30 p.m. Thursday (April 19) at a private home.

Drew Irvin, Lake Bluff village administrator, will speak about the village's record of privatization of services. Two League members will discuss their experiences at the federal level.
The discussion will revolve around identifying policies and parameters that should be considered when a governmental entity is planning to undertake some type of privatization process.
