Lincolnshire Woman Appointed Next Illinois Comptroller
Bruce Rauner announced Monday he will appoint Leslie Munger to the post.
A Lincolnshire woman was appointed by Illinois Gov.-elect Bruce Rauner on Monday as the state’s next comptroller.
Leslie Munger, 58, a graduate of the University of Illinois with a master’s of business from Northwestern, was the choice - Pioneer Press reported.
Munger will fill the position left vacant by the death last month of Judy Baar Topinka.
