Man Tried To Use Fake Credit Cards At Lake Forest Store: Cops

The Chicago resident was allegedly found with three counterfeit cards on him while at a Western Avenue store.

A Chicago man was found with three counterfeit credit cards after attempting to use them to make purchases at a Lake Forest store last month, police said.

According to a police report, Pierre D. Jackson, 26 was charged with three counts of felony counterfeiting at 1:30 p.m. on June 25 at a store in the 500 block of North Western Avenue.

Officers responded to a report of a subject attempting to use several credit cards believed to be counterfeit. There, they found and Jackson, who was found with three counterfeit credit cards in his possession.
