MYERS-BRIGGS TYPE INDICATOR(R) PERSONALITY PROFILE

Have you ever wondered how your personality type impacts your job search? Curious about whether testing will affirm or negate longstanding assumptions about yourself? Learn how to identify opportunities that best fit your personality type. Gain a better understanding of yourself and others and identify key strengths for your resume and interviews.

This workshop will offer you the opportunity to complete a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, thus building your personality profile. Patti will review several profiles, focusing on how they can be useful in developing a compatible career path.

Patti is a strategic and resourceful business professional recognized for her ability to achieve successful results for organizations and individuals. Her expertise includes training and development, coaching, assessment, and social media.

She is certified to administer and interpret the MBTI, Strong Interest Inventory, FIRO-B and the Birkman First Look. Patti is also skilled at maximizing social media to make connections and market talents.

Patti earned her BS in Human Resources from University of Wisconsin – Green Bay and a Earned Master’s Level E-Learning Credential from Roosevelt University, December 2012.
