North Shore Obituary: Bernadine "Dina" Brown

Our dear girl went home on February 17, 2015. A return so needed after so many years of health challenges which she faced with unbelievable courage and tenacity. Dina was a caring, determined, and a take charge woman. Her strength enabled her family to grow with confidence and character. Her participation in The Deerpath Garden Club, The Junior Women’s Club, Adult women’s return to school scholarship programs and The Chicago Botanic Garden all had her enthusiasm and energy. She leaves behind her husband Dennis; her sons David and Scott; and her sister Arlene Reitz. A life that touched so many, will be forever missed. Memorial Visitation from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 7, 2015 at Wenban Funeral Home, 320 Vine Ave., Lake Forest, IL. Interment will be private.
