Open House Planned at Lake Bluff Park District Health and Fitness Center

LAKE BLUFF, IL - The Lake Bluff Park District’s Health & Fitness Center, 355 W. Washington Ave. will hold an open house from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 9.

Members of the public will be invited to try new group fitness classes for free and demo classes scheduled throughout the day. New membership plans will also be available to those interested, including the Fitness Center Only, Group Fitness Only, Track Only and Combination (Fitness Center, Group X and Track) options.

The fitness center also offers kickboxing fitness, piloxing barre, Tabata/HIIT and other programs on a weekly basis.

Several items/services from the fitness center and partnering businesses like Heinen’s Foods, North Shore Spinal & Sports Rehabilitation, Lake Forest Juice, Kiddles Sports, Arbonne and Bluffington’s Café will be raffled during Saturday’s event. A free gift awaits the first 100 attendees.
