Potbelly, Chipotle, Meatheads Coming to Lake Bluff Development
Target could be one of as many as eight new businesses on Route 176 area.
The new Lake Bluff development on Route 176 just east of Waukegan Road will include at least three new eateries, the Lake Forester reports.
From the Lake Forester:
“Meatheads Burgers and Fries, a fast casual hamburger restaurant, will be one of five businesses to occupy one of the three outlot buildings, according to Robert Brownson, a principal of Oxford Development, the project’s developer.

The other two eateries are Potbelly and Chipotle Mexican Grill, which will share a separate building with a drive-through window, Brownson said.”
Target plans to open in late July.
