Small Property Tax Hike Pondered in Lake Forest

Lake Forest is considering a 1.88 percent increase to the property tax levy. For a home valued at $800,000, that would mean an additional $49 per year, reports Dan Dorfman for the Lake Forester. Final approval could take place at the Dec. 3 City Council meeting.
