St. Mary's Employee Charged with Aggravated Assault

LAKE FOREST, IL - An employee at St. Mary's School in Lake Forest faces charges of aggravated assault after an altercation with another employee.

Lake Forest police arrived at the school at 9:20 a.m. on March 3 to a call of one school employee threatening another, according to a report.

After interviewing the victim and witnesses, they arrested one of the employees and charged her with aggravated assault.

Lake Forest Police Chief Karl Walldorf said the altercation occurred in the administrative area of the school and that no children were present at the time.
