Starbucks Could Be On the Move in Lake Forest
Rumor has it that the chain will move into the former Lake Forest Food and Wine location.
The Lake Forest Starbucks coffee shop may soon occupy the former Lake Forest Food & Wine location at 672 North Western Avenue.
Work is being done on the Western Avenue location and a city official said she has heard that’s what is going to happen, according to the Daily North Shore.
“I’ve heard they’re going into the former Lake Forest Food & Wine location,” said Catherine Czerniak, the city’s Director of Community Development. “I don’t know an opening date.”

The current Starbucks location in the city is a 722 Bank Lane.
Michael Schreiber, a principal of L3 Capital (owner of Market Square), said while he could not confirm the move, he “certainly won’t deny it.”
